Psychophysical Re-Education

Time: 8:00 – 9:00 AM. Tuesday
          3:00 – 4:00 PM. Sunday

A form of exercise to increase range of movement and relax contracted muscles. The class focuses on the integration of the nervous system with movement and utilizes feeling, sensing and imaging to create profound changes. A perfect class for anyone who wants to be more embodied, wants to move better or relieve physical pain.

Forrest Yoga

Time: Wednesdays 8:00 – 9:00 AM.
Teacher: Anna Schabold

Forrest Yoga is known as an intensely physical and internally focused practice that emphasizes how to carry a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life.

Forrest Yoga does not require strength or flexibility; it only requires a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly. The practice is founded on four pillars — Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit.

Neidan, or internal alchemy is an based on a group of esoteric doctrines including physical, mental, and spiritual practices that participants may use to prolong physical and spiritual life.

Buddhist Meditation

Time: Sundays 5:00 – 6:00PM.

Buddhist meditation encompasses a variety of meditation techniques that aim to develop mindfulness, concentration, supramundane powers, tranquility, and insight.
